How to get rid of CONSTIPATION?

To avoid constipation:

  • drink warm water early in the morning and before to sleep ,
  • drink jeera water 
  • consume food which is rich in fibre content 
  • eat fruits and vegetables like guava,carrot,leafy vegetables,etc rich in fibre content 
  • drink more and more water.

What is meant by CONSTIPATION?

In constipation, the faeces are retained within the colon as bowel movements occur irregularly. Constipation usually caused by the slow movements of stool through the colon .

 CAUSES OF CONSTIPATION includes medications,poor bowel habits,low fibre diets,etc

Note:the above mentioned ways are not for serious conditions of no bowel movements for 3-4days,consult doctors in serious conditions .
